adoption of the State Affairs Senate Committee Substitute offered on                                                            
page 521. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR HOUSE                                                                                
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 7(STA) was adopted and was                                                                            
before the Senate on final passage.
